Totally impressed with Ned and his company! He was at my house when he said he would be there and was quick to find the problem with my washer not draining. My dryer decided to stop working and I called around a few places and Appliance Repair Gurus were able to come out a day later. Paramjit arrived at the beginning of the time window I was given. He easily discovered I had a broken belt in my dryer and were able to replace it. They also checked my washer as it had not drained fully on the last load. They said it was probably just too full and to keep an eye on it. Paramjit was very nice and helpful. He did not charge a ton of money and he was able to fix the dryer pretty quickly. Definitely will keep Appliance Repair Gurus on my list to call next time I have a need.

It never fails that something breaks on a holiday. I left a message for Appliance Repair Gurus (ARG) at 8:00am and I got a call back as soon as they opened (on a holiday)! A very friendly and skilled technician was at the house within 3 hours and fixed the problem in about 20 minutes. Amazing! This is the second time I have used ARG and they will always be my first choice for appliance repairs.
