It never fails that something breaks on a holiday. I left a message for Appliance Repair Gurus (ARG) at 8:00am and I got a call back as soon as they opened (on a holiday)! A very friendly and skilled technician was at the house within 3 hours and fixed the problem in about 20 minutes. Amazing! This is the second time I have used ARG and they will always be my first choice for appliance repairs.

Amazing experience!
My Samsung dryer has been making a loud screeching noise for two-weeks. The noise was ruining our lives. I saw ARG’s reviews on Yelp and that was a good sign.
Called them on Saturday at 11am and it was fixed by 5pm. They are so friendly and professional. Ned, the senior tech that came out was awesome. He repaired it and explained the issue so we could understand. Really great guy!
So glad I called them. No more noise and dryer is fixed.

Called this business today in a panic after another appliance repair business no-showed on me. A broken fridge is definitely something you don’t want to wait on! Paramjit answered & said he was available today & gave me an estimated time window of 3-5 pm. He called me again at 2:45 pm & said he was on his way. I appreciated his promptness & communication. Unfortunately he had bad news for my fridge & explained to me in detail what was wrong with it–essentially it’d be more cost-effective just to get a new fridge. Though the visit was disappointing for the news & he didn’t get to repair anything, he was very friendly & I’d contact him in the future for other appliance repairs.

Paramjit helped fix our GE dishwasher today which was not draining properly. In past we have fixed the dishwasher ourselves but this time we wanted an expert knowledge. He not only fixed it patiently but gave us some tips which we might be aware of but don’t pay attention to. Would definitely recommend him in future. Great quality service.
